What we collect

The only personal information we collect is your email address, which you provide when you sign up for the Xport waitlist. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal data unless you voluntarily share it with us in a follow-up conversation.

How we use it

We use your email address solely to contact you about Xport — to confirm your place on the waitlist, to let you know when beta access opens, and to send relevant product updates. We do not sell your email address, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it for anything unrelated to Xport.

Analytics

We use PostHog and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. These tools collect anonymized data such as page views and click events. No personally identifiable information is shared with these services beyond what your browser sends automatically (IP address, user agent). Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.

Data retention

We keep your email address on our waitlist until you ask us to remove it, or until Xport launches and the waitlist is no longer relevant. We do not retain data longer than necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To do any of these things, email us at hello@xportos.com. We will respond within 7 business days and comply with any reasonable request.
